Delivery information

We use Royal Mail as our exclusive courier. Orders placed before 3:30pm will be dispatched the same working day. Delivery rates are as follows:

Undeliverable packages

Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable because they have been refused, unclaimed or the delivery address is incorrect. If this happens, you are able to get the package resent. If you no longer require the package, the value of the items contained will be refunded, less any extra shipping costs incurred for the carrier to return the package to us. No shipping charges, original or otherwise, will be refunded.


Our returns policy

If we have made an error with your order, or you have received your order in a damaged or faulty condition, you can return it to us within 14 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund.

Please note - Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.

Missing items

If an item is missing from your order, please contact our customer services team (info@etanics.comwithin three days of the date you received your order.

If you are missing more than one item, please remember that heavy orders may be split into two or more parcels.

Non delivery of orders must be reported to within two weeks of receiving notification of dispatch. Unfortunately we are unable to accept claims which fall outside of this time scale.

Your statutory rights (UK only)

Under UK law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within seven working days of the item's delivery to you. We regret that we also cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of products where the item has been unsealed.

Return instructions

Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your return efficiently:

  • Wrap the item securely in its original packaging with all accompanying documentation.
  • Contact our customer services team ( to open your return request and receive a free returns label providing you are able to return your order under the returns policy outlined above.
  • You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.
