As a food supplement for adults take 1 tablet a day, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed stated dose. Do not use if the seal is broken.

Discontinue use and consult a doctor if adverse reactions occur.  Taking more than 200 µg/day of Folic Acid is not recommended for people over the age of 50 or who have a history of colorectal adenomas. If you have history of colorectal adenomas do not exceed a dose of 1 tablet a day. Store in a cool, dark place out of direct sunlight.
