Bulking agent (Microcrystalline Cellulose), Vitamin B5, Inositol, Vitamin B2, B6, B1, B3, Anti-caking Agent (Magnesium Stearate), Vitamin B12, Biotin, Folic Acid.

As a food supplement for adults take 1 tablet a day, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. If being taken as a pre-natal food supplement take 1 tablet a day until the 12th week of pregnancy, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed stated dose. Do not use if the seal is broken.

Keep out of sight and reach of children. If you are pregnant, breast feeding or taking medication, please consult your healthcare practitioner before use. Taking more than 200g/day of folic acid is not recommended for people over the age of 50 or who have a history of colorectal adenomas. If over the age of 50 or have a history of colorectal adenomas do not exceed a dose of 1 tablet a day. Long term intakes of 20mg of Vitamin B6 may lead to mild tingling and numbness. Not intended to use by person under the age of 18. Discontinue use and consult a doctor of adverse reactions occur. Store in a cool, dark place out of direct sunlight. Do not store above 25C.
